The scheme will be
knows as “Dhani Ro pawano’.
All facility attached to this scheme shall be available up to 30th june
2010,the day when this scheme ends.
The scheme guest shall be entitled for 11 night stay at
j.p. village Resort, At Pushkar for two person, free of
cost. The room stay includes complimentary morning tea.
Only double room /Traditional Hut shall be available
under this scheme.
The facility of free eleven rooms can be utilised by
guest for himself and /or for his guest on his request ,
but in all cases total 11 number of room can be utilized
in total period of scheme. The guest can avail this
facility in a year or any time during the scheme period
as per his own choice and comfort.
No facility under this scheme shall be available during the pushkar fair
and before and after 5 days of such fair.
Flat discount of 20%on restaurant bill, can be availed during his stay
under this scheme.
Following facility will be available free of cost the
guest during his stay under the scheme:
a. Unlimited use of swimming pool
b. Unlimited use of garden and related facilities
c. Children play ground and recreation room
d. Complimentary coupon, issued time to time
e. Cordial hospitality and personal care
Person willing to take this scheme, have to pay one time
Rs 10000.00 non refundable.
The facility under this scheme can be utilized only
after presentation of scheme benefit Card At resort.
in all cases, Guest has to submit the related coupon to
the resort manager, before availing this facility.
Without coupon, no facilities under this scheme will be
provided
Rooms accommodation will be provided on “First come
First Serve” basis, subject to availability on requisite
day.
Resort serves sonly vegetarian food.
Advance booking of rooms can be made up to 60 days
before of stay.
Once the rooms have been booked and confirmed, it shall
not be cancelled or postponed. And such booking shall
considered utilization of such facility under the
scheme.
Benefits under this scheme cannot be combined or added
to any other present or future scheme or offers of the
resort.
No outside catering shall be allowed without written
consent shall be allowed without written consent of the
management.
The scheme has been framed on present taxes and duties,
guest have to bear any other additional duty, cess, if
any, Levied by government, in future.
No refund or exchange of scheme benefits and / or
privileges will be allowed.
The facilities under the scheme can be utilized for registered guest or
his authorized person only, no commercial use, benefit
can be taken by the guest of the scheme.
Scheme membership and scheme benefits are not
re-saleable by scheme member in any case.
No other benefits, scheme of the resort, present or future could be
clubbed with this scheme.
Though not conceived, but in case of any sort of
dispute, decision of resort’s management shall be final.
In unavoidable circumstances all disputes will be
subject to Ajmer jurisdiction only.
At the end of period of scheme no refund of unutilized
facility, coupon, whatsoever it may be, shall be made,
or exchanged.
During his stay, we expect every guest to honor various rules and
regulation framed by government and local authorities.
Though all cares have been assured for comfort and pleasure of the guest
but management shall not be responsible for misfortune
events.
No act of immoral turpitude, un-social, criminal
activities shall be carried in resort premises.
Management reserves its full right to stop such activity
at once and to order al persons, found engaged in such
activity, to leave the resort premises immediately.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject the
application and also reserve the right to alter, delete
and add to any specification mentioned above.
